I’m passionate about helping clients live more fulfilling and meaningful lives. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing. Together, we can explore the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be affecting your life, and work toward greater understanding, healing, and growth.

My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, which means I focus on your existing strengths while being mindful of how past experiences may shape your present. I’m trained in EMDR and also draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices. I tailor therapy to each person because everyone’s journey is unique.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 30 years as an educator, working with both groups and individuals to help them grow and reach their potential. That experience continues to shape the way I work today. I bring compassion, curiosity, and respect to every session, and I believe each person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported.
