I am passionate about empowering people to live fulfilling and purpose-filled lives. I provide a safe and accepting space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that impact your life while helping you gain insight and develop skills to help you manage life’s challenges. I practice from a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach and I am integrative in my practice. I combine cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices. As a former educator, I bring more than three decades of experience leading groups and working with individuals to help them reach their potential. I am compassionate and empathetic, recognizing each client as unique and deserving of care and respect.
